York, PA, October 5, 2005 — Military and Commercial Fasteners Corporation, a full service hardware distributor and manufacture has been honored by the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the top fifty businesses that have made significant contributions to the growth, strength and success of the Central PA region. The ninth annual Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies awards breakfast was held at the Hilton Harrisburg. Military and Commercial Fasteners is proud to announce its rank of number 18 on this year’s list.

Military and Commercial Fasteners has been an integrated supplier of hardware, fasteners, fittings and nameplates and labels for various companies throughout Central Pennsylvania , the East Coast of the United States and internationally. They deliver product directly to their customer’s production lines, which reduces costs to the customer. Military and Commercial Fasteners also provides such services as third party logistics, kitting and packaging, thread rolling and CNC machining.

In order to be eligible for nomination, companies needed to show revenue of at least $500,000 in each of the fiscal years ending 2002, 2003, and 2004 and show revenue growth in 2004, as compared to 2002 (a three year period). Eligible companies were to be for-profit entities headquartered in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York County.

Nominees were then ranked according to revenue growth over the three-year period of 2002-2004. Both dollar and percentage increases were taken into consideration. This ranking formula, implemented by Seligman, Friedman & Company P.C., led to recognition of the 2005 Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies, consisting of both large and small companies.

York, PA, September 13, 2004—Military and Commercial Fasteners Corporation, a full service hardware distributor and manufacture has been recognized by United Defense Ground Systems Division as a 2003 Small Business Supplier of the Year. In 1997 Military and Commercial Fasteners was awarded United Defense Ground Systems Division's first integrated supplier contract covering 2,800 line items. Today Military and Commercial Fasteners manages nearly 3,800 part numbers for United Defense. Military and Commercial Fasteners has maintained a quality acceptance rating in excess of 99.94% (over 11 million pieces delivered) over the six year period as an integrated supplier.

MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL FASTENERS AWARDED CARRIER UTC CONTRACT

York, PA, January 1, 2004 — Military and Commercial Fasteners Corporation a full service hardware distributor and manufacture has been awarded the fastener/hardware contract for Carrier UTC's Athens Georgia production facility. Along with providing the vendor managed inventory for all of Carrier's fastener/hardware requirements MCF will also be providing logistical services for Carrier including bulk warehousing services.

Military and Commercial Fasteners has expanded its warehouse capabilities by adding an additional 40,000 square foot facility in Athens Georgia and increased its staffing. Military and Commercial Fasteners will be pursuing additional sales growth in this region.

MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL FASTENERS ACQUIRES OMEGA THREAD ROLLING

Military and Commercial Fasteners Corporation, a full-service hardware distributor and manufacturer, has recently acquired Omega Thread Rolling in Plainville, Connecticut. All operations have been moved to Military and Commercial Fasteners' York, Pennsylvania location.

This increases Military and Commercial Fasteners' capabilities, which include CNC machining, screw machine, wave soldering, kitting, light assembly and now thread rolling. The acquisition will bring new customers to Military and Commercial Fasteners and increase business with current customers. "These expanded services add value to our products and services and are the main factor in our substantial growth over the past years," says Military and Commercial Fasteners' Sales Manager, Jon T. Armold. MCF also offers integrated supply services for the products it manufactures and distributes, and adds additional value through its certified quality control program to all its customers.
